What payment methods do you accept?

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and all Major Credit and Debit Cards.

If you prefer to pay offline; please reach out us at support@sanrico.com to let us know and one of our Customer Care Team members can help you place your order.

Where is my tracking number?

You can enter your tracking number on the Order Tracking page to see the status of your shipment. It may take a few days for your item to be packed and shipped. The tracking number will be available 2 to 3 days after the order is placed. 

Please feel free to contact us if you have not received your order after 7 days by contacting support!

Does your website protect my data?


YES! All your information is safe. We take your privacy very seriously. Our first priority is to protect your information by using the SSL protocol. This means that your information is encrypted and cannot be stolen when it is sent over the internet. We use the same type of encryption used by banks.

How long will it take for me to get my order?


We pride ourselves on being able to deliver your order as quickly as possible! Standard shipping within the United States should take 9-12 business days for delivery, unless otherwise noted. Occasionally, shipping dates may fluctuate due to supply and demand. Fast priority shipping is usually available through our checkout process, depending on your location. 


In the rare event that it takes longer than 21 days to receive your order, please contact us via email: support@sanrico.com, and one of our customer support team members will assist you.

What if my tracking says my order was delivered but I haven't received my package?


We are proud to ensure successful delivery for over 99% of our orders!


In rare cases, the package may have been lost or stolen. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@sanrico.com and one of our customer support team members will assist you!

Can I exchange an order or return one for a refund?


Yes, we want you to be SATISFIED, that's why we created the SANRICO Promise. To make an exchange or return, email us at support@sanrico.com and we will give you instructions. Once we receive the returned order, we will process the exchange or refund, the choice is yours!
